My name is Robert Kimball. I was born in Baltimore, Maryland. I've lived in New York, Hawaii and now in Nevada. I started my artistic life at a very young age.
I've experimented with many mediums to try to find what I was most comfortable with, finally settling on oils and acrylics for painting and charcoal, gra phite pencil and pen and ink for drawing.
From that time, most of my artwork was just something I did to pass the time. Eventually, I worked in the commercial arts with vehicle airbrushing and textile graphics.
When, after much soul searching, in 2003, after many years of working in the commercial art world, I decided to pursue my dream of creating fine art on a full time basis.
I am mostly self taught although I took some college courses in painting and drawing at the Clark County Community College in Southern Nevada. Then in 2003 I started selling my art privately and online.
Since then, my artwork has sold to many collectors around the world. To date, I have sold over 1500 pieces worldwide.
"Artwork is what I love, and it's what I'll do for the rest of my life."
